Working with Julian was an excellent experience from start to finish. He helped me find great tenants for both units in my two-family home and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

He professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout every step — from marketing the property and screening applicants to keeping me informed along the way. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how quickly he was able to get everything done.

I felt confident that my property was in good hands, and I’m so happy with the tenants he found. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy real estate agent!

I had an excellent experience with Armas Group NYC. They represented me in the purchase of a co-op and were with me step by step throughout the entire process. They always provided clear and honest advice about the properties before making a decision, which gave me great peace of mind. It’s clear that their priority is the client’s comfort and satisfaction. Very grateful and highly recommended.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
